The purpose of the seminar was to promote the scholarly dialogue of PhD candidates and professors/researchers working in the Centre of Maritime History in Crete and Blaydes Maritime Centre in Hull. Each PhD student presented a 20-minute paper derived from their dissertation research), which discussed by the group.
